Hey there! Let me introduce to you a little glimpse of my life…
Little did I know that at this very young age, I could be able to discover something significant that I can put on my life and that is expressing through writing. This is my first ever to try blogging in my entire life so basically, I am excited!

Right now, I live in Barangay Tangke I in Naga City, Cebu. And I am now in my first year in College at Cebu Technological University-Naga Extension Campus, studying Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Home economics.
College life has been both exciting and challenging and also exploring new things, I love meeting new people, learning new things, and exploring different career opportunities. But, of course, balancing academics, social life, and personal time can be a struggle sometimes! I come from a close-knit family. My parents, Jazel and uncle Danilo, I call him uncle because he is my stepfather since my biological dad separated with my mom when I was just a little girl. My stepdad is the one who supported me financially ever since I am 6 years old up until now that I am in college. Both incredibly supportive, always encouraging me to do my best.
We are 3 siblings, and I'm the middle child, I have an older sister, and she has a family now. And our youngest brother; he's 12 years old. We have a strong bond as a family and as like other siblings, we often fight from each other it’s like our playtime together but at the end of the day we always compromise. We always had fun time watching movies, or we wandered together. At this very moment , I am enjoying this phase of my life, learning, growing, and making unforgettable memories with my family and friends. I came from a broken family, I can say, we are not a perfect family or an ideal example for some but in our hearts we always have each other’s back.
The life I have right now wasn’t really a light weigh of living because we mostly facing difficulties in life specially when it comes to finances. The struggle is so real when we are talking about the daily needs at home and in school. It mostly feels like a daily allergens that you wanted to avoid but you can’t do anything but to face it. This is the phase of my life where I learned to be more mature and be more motivated to go on with my studies and with my life. After all, I am still more blessed enough to be in this world.
Personally, I am an ambitious person maybe because at the very young age I am already exposed to family problems, financial crisis, lack of emotional support and all those things makes me motivated to strive more in this life. The eagerness in me is the sole energy the keeps me to move forward. As we all know, most of us feels the same way, right? Maybe some of us here didn’t grow from a wealthy family but it doesn’t define the value of our life. I am proud to say that I was born from a simple family. A family that I can hold on to whenever I need them. They are my strength and my weaknesses.
If were to come up a finished story of my life and that would be a version of me who finished my college degree and secured a permanent job as a teacher. I wanted to be successful not just by the career but also to my soul, it is something the life I could imagine that I wanted in the future. The kind of life that fills your mind and soul. Why? Because many individuals in this generation who are successful in their career but fail to fill a positive energy in their soul. They even forgot how to make life worth living.
And so finally, at the end of it all, I want to feel as though my heart loved to its very fullest and my soul experienced everything it’s ever dreamt of. I’d hope I felt as though I had impact on people and will be remembered for a short time because of this. I’d like to feel as though nothing was left unsaid and my soul remained gentle in this world that can be so cruel. But beyond anything else, I want to be able to look back at my life with the highest regard and deepest appreciation.
In this journey of mine is an open book waiting for its author to write. Deep in my heart, I am really hoping that this platform will serve as my journal and my fellow as my witness in this journey. Nothing beats the excitement I felt right now while writing my intro blog since I am looking forward to meet new individuals from different places. What excites me more is the different communities that I wanted to explore all throughout this fun-filled journey.
My heartfelt gratitude to my auntie @honeylhen1995 and ate @helianthus-chloe – They are the one is one who introduced Hive to me. They always makes sure that everything can be learned one step at a time and things will be easier in the long run. I was actually motivated by them because they let me read some of their blogs and I was amazed by it which makes me want to try also. And of course, a big THANKS also to @intoy.bugoy for conducting our Hive Orientation and providing us the important information or the guidelines that we can use in writing.
