Waking up with this kind of view.
It surely boosted my soul for today's activity.

How's your weekend so far my fellow hivers?
Hoping everyone is safe especially to my fellow Filipinos out there who were affected by the typhoons this month.

Time passed by and I had no time to check what's going on in our farm after the typhoon and it made me so eager to visit it. My father is the one who's always at the farm, checking our rice field and he told me about the tree that's been uprooted due to the typhoon.

Our province suffered a lot from the recent Super Typhoon Pepito as it's eye made a landfall near our town. We're on signal number 5 that time and I thought that it will destroy our house already since its just made of bamboo but luckily just a part of our house were destroyed.

Going back to the tree, we decided to cut it into parts today since it's my day off and I have no time anymore the next days because we will be busy preparing for our anniversary at the shop.

Before going directly to the uprooted tree, I decided to check my banana plants and as expected many were brought down, some of them have fruits already but what can we do, nothing.

I cleaned it's surrounding and I'm just glad that this Papaya tree is sturdy, fought well against the super typhoon.

I couldn't ignore this one because when I looked closely it has flowers in bloom already.

As for the bananas, I saw ripe bananas that fell down to the ground already so I wasted no time and cut it, we brought it home.

Birds already fed on it and its just life showing us that everything has a purpose.

Together with my cousin we continued to travel.

On our way to our destination, we encountered creatures that caught my attention and its just so good to the feeling that I was able to encounter them again after a long time.

Really missed capturing such things in the farm.

If you zoom into that flower you can see the tiny worm wandering in it.

Of course my dogs were with us but I captured only this one named Boy. The others were already in the field finding some rats.

The sun was really burning up yesterday as you can see in the photo. Look at that blue sky.

We walked beside the irrigation and from our position, you can already see the branches of the uprooted Ipil-Ipil tree on the other side.

1000054879.jpg

Upon arriving, I checked the roots of the tree, as you can see the whole base of it is up. Imagine how strong the wind is during the super typhoon.

After that I began to cut the small branches first before the body. It's advisable to cut it already when it's still fresh than when it's dried up. Its easy.

I also went to the middle of the irrigation where the other branches are. It's risky but I had to in order to get all those branches.

1000054900.jpg
I cleaned those branches one by one by removing those tiny branches and I will only get the big one, the one where I'm holding on.

As what I told earlier my dogs accompanied us there and here they are as we had our snack within the shadow of the fallen tree.

This is Boy.

1000054892.jpg
This is Sarah.

1000054896.jpg
This is Blackie.

1000054897.jpg
This is Jordan.

My other cousin were also with us, the youngest brother of my cousins earlier.

He requested that I took a picture of him so I did my best and I didn't expect that it will turned out well. Especially this one, him riding the body of the tree while the sky was his background.

As we took a rest, we ate this one, boiled banana plus water.

It's a simple snack but very heavy already especially when you eat 3 to 5 of it, it will already make you full based on experience.
1000054901.jpg

We already went home after we had our snack due to the burning heat we experienced. Even my father can't handle it anymore.
It really changed.

And that's it, we carried all of it to our home with the help of our tricycle. I didn't have the chance to capture some pictures anymore.

Thank you for reading.

Ang ganda ganda nang view dyan lagi sa inyo. And am so glad to know that the typhoon didn't destroy that much. It'll be devastated kapag nasira lahat aguyy. Another gastos and pagod yon for sure. Anyways, the banana looks so good, mukhang ang ganda nang pagka hinog.

Ang ganda ng view. Wala talagang stress pag may ganitong view araw2.
