Hello hivers! How are you? I hope you're all doing great!
For today's blog, I'm going to show you and teach you how I cooked my pinakbet recipe at home. It's very easy but it will surely make your tummy full because of its delicious taste!
Vegetables Needed
- Kamote
- Singkamas
- Moringa Fruit
- Tomato
- Green Chili
- Garlic
- Onion
- Ginger
Ingredients
- Cooking Oil
- Bagoong
- Magic sarap seasoning
- Boiled pork belly
Procedures
Wash all the vegetables and chop them into their appropriate sizes, it's up to you to decide.
I set aside after I cut the green chili, moringa fruit, kamote, tomato, and singkamas.
Chop the garlic, onion, and tomato.
Chop the boiled pork belly into rectangular size.
After you prepared all the vegetables and condiments needed, heat your pan and put cooking oil. Saute the ginger, garlic, and onion.
Add the chopped pork belly and saute them together. Saute until the pork is golden brown.
Add the sliced tomato in a pan and saute them together.
Put the veggies; kamote, moringa fruit, singkamas, and green chili.
Add 8 tablespoon of bagoong, half teaspoon of magic sarap, and a small amount of water.
Cover until it boils, then adjust the heat into low fire. After 20-30 minutes the Pinakbet is ready!
That's how easy to cook this recipe, I hope you like it!
