Hello Hiveans! I hope that you are all well. How time flies. It's the first of the month once again and the last Hive Power Up Day for 2024. As we close the year, we find ourselves in a bull market and hoping that our beloved Hive gets to follow in the footsteps of the big guns of crypto. As BTC and the alts reach new all-time-highs, we find ourselves wondering when will we get to see the price of Hive skyrocket.
For today's HPUD, I staked a modest 10 liquid Hive to add on to my HP, now sitting at 3,112.903. And as the Yuletide approaches, I wonder if good old Santa will help pump the price of Hive since we have all been good little boys and girls. LOL.
For this bull cycle, I wonder how "high" the price of Hive will reach. Is it going to surpass the old all-time-high? If so, how much higher are we talking about? Will it reach US$5, US$10, US$50??? If only I had a crystal ball then this will be the easiest investment in the world, but I don't so it isn't. Daydreaming can motivate us to be courageous in business, but it can also push us to make outrageously stupid decisions in life.
And as we might know too well, things can turn good or bad really fast; time will answer these nagging questions in my mind. Then again, who knew that the market price of Bitcoin will be one step away from US$100,000, ten years ago. Back then, in 2014, it would have been an outrageous statement to speak of a 100k market price when Bitcoin was at US$320.
So, I think that it is entirely possible for the price of Hive to reach US$10 in the next few years, which might just be a random number thrown out there via delusional optimism or a brilliant prediction if it does reach that price. Who can say for certain? Only time will tell.
