Lovely day, queens and kings! The amazing Kina has just arrived, and I am absolutely happy to be here! I am very excited to join Hive. I canโt wait to make progress alongside each of you. I am beyond excited to introduce myself, and I hope you all are just as excited to read my enchanting and amazing introduction.
So here we go... My name is Kina, but you can call me Kin or Kina (though, I must say, many people have given me nicknames, and Kin or Kina are the ones I hold dearโhihihihi!). I am 18 years old and I live in Tabok Lamac, Yati, Liloan, Cebu. I'm the 5th in a family of 6 siblings! In my friend group, Iโm the youngest! Growing up, I was always the youngest one, but honestly, I never really acted like it. Iโve always been more mature for my age because I want to be able to stand up for myself. I guess I just like proving that I am capable and not just the โbabyโ of the group.

So for the exciting part, let's get to know your favorites first. As for my favorite color, it used to be pink, but now itโs burgundy. I think burgundy has my heart now, and pink is like a close second. I just love how nice the color burgundy is, itโs like the perfect color, and I am so into it now. Sweets are my very favorite, especially chocolates! When people ask me what I want as a gift, I always say, โAnything, as long as itโs chocolates or food!โ Yep, Iโve always been a foodie. Even though Iโm on the thinner side right now, Iโm still all about eating. :D I also love dressing up! I am really into that uptown girl vibe, or any dress with flowers on it. It just gives me girly feels! I really love listening to music, and the types I enjoy the most are praise and worship songs, R&B, pop, and OPM. I donโt really think I have any big talents, but I know I can dance and sing, though mostly just for fun, haha! I also love watching baking videos because I swear I have a talent for baking! I think there are still some hidden talents in me just waiting to be unleashed. I have a favorite verse in the Bible, itโs Psalms 23. I just love it because it makes me feel like Heโs always with me, and I always feel protected. I suppose I also have a side that is completely addicted to stickers! I sometimes daydream about starting my own sticker company. Speaking of business, itโs actually my goal to run a pastry cafe with a beautiful small library, or maybe a flower shop! I can definitely see myself working as a florist part-time in the future. It sounds like the ideal balance of lovely and sweet! Oh, and my favorite flower is the peony, I just adore how beautiful and colorful they are, with all those lovely, full petals that seem to bloom with such beauty.
My personality
So, now let's get to know my personality! I took this personality test last month, and guess what? Apparently, Iโm INTJ! Yeah, it's one of those โintrovert, intuitive, thinking, judgingโ types. TBH, I am not sure if I fully believe in these tests, but itโs kinda funny how it actually makes sense in some ways. So, INTJs are like those โmastermindโ people who love planning and thinking ahead. Super organized and always focused on their goals, just like theyโre always 10 steps ahead. Honestly, I do get super focused and caught up in my thoughts. But here's the thing! People always say Iโm quiet and shy at first, but when do they get to know me? Iโm actually bubbly and fun! Itโs like, Iโm totally a different person once Iโm comfortable with people. INTJs sound all serious and reserved, but I guess Iโm more of a mix. Once I open up, I can be really fun and outgoing. Anyway, it's 50/50 pa if I believe in this test, but it's kinda fun to read and, like, it sorta makes sense too. I am also the type of person whoโs always willing to learn new things and pick up lessons from everyone around me.
My Hobbies
One of my fave hobbies is watching movies! I honestly love it, and whenever I have some free time, youโll definitely find me watching something. And whenever people ask me what my favorite movie is, I literally canโt choose just one. I swear, all the movies Iโve watched are like my favorites na! Iโm really into all sorts of genresโscience fiction, fantasy, romcoms, horror... you name it! And I also love watching cartoons, especially Studio Ghibli films. They are just soooo good. One of my hobbies also is singing and dancing โ I love listening to music, and whenever a good song comes up, I canโt help but sing and dance along because it just makes me so happy! It's my way of letting loose and enjoying the moment, no matter where I am. Another hobby of mine is collecting things. I have already started a box of cute hair clips, and now I am also starting collecting dried flowers! I have been putting them in my notebook, which I think is super cute and adds a bit of personality to it.
The reason why I started blogging
I am into writing, itโs been my way of expressing myself. I always put on my journal about how my day went or reflecting on random thoughts. Blogging sounds fun to me, too! Like I have the freedom to express my thoughts in any way. This could help me improve my writing and gain more knowledge, which will help me become a better blogger and this could also be a best way for me to improve my writing skills, I believe writing more often can improve the way I construct my thoughts.
I wouldn't have known Hive because of @fevyulous ! She knew I am going to like Hive since I love writing and I have so many things to share with you. Massive thanks to Miss @jeannmazing, too! She headed the orientation about Hive, and I acquired so many information about it. It made me more interested about Hive. As I end this blog, I just want to say that I am so excited to explore and share my experience with you. One of my sisters goes by that nickname of Kina too. Her name is Karina, and when we were young I couldn't say her name right yet, and "Kina" was my best pronunciation of it. So, that's how she got her nickname. ๐
