Today I woke up quite late than usual, around 7 am. Work still starts at 8 so I give myself some consolation and nap a few minutes. Work is at walking distance, anyway. By 8:30, i am now fully awake and quickly headed downstairs to prepare myself for to work.
I went on my day routinely. Lately, I feel like everyday is the same. Not to mention, my work is 6 days a week, with only Sunday as my rest day. But I'm not complaining, as I know that work is a blessing.
After work, I always go straight to home. I wonder what our dinner is today. And as usual, I watch Netflix and play video games afterwards. Then, surprise! This little puppy appeared in our hallway, barking as if she wants to play with me. Hey there, little girl!
As it turned out, our neighbor gifted my cousin with a cute puppy. I can't even remember the last time we had a dog in the house. We used to have a Retriever a few years back. Although I wasn't very fond of our dog that time.
For our new dog, we have yet to name her but if you were to ask me, i'd like to call her Elizabeth because it suits her cuteness. She went on playing with this cute stuffed toy she found in my niece's toy section.
After dinner, instead of going straight to my room to play video games, we all gathered in the living room to play with our new puppy. She entertained us all very well.
Having a pet is like having a baby. As a fur parent, its our responsibility to feed, groom, and vaccinate her to make sure she is healthy and happy. I can't wait to bond with this baby more!
