Hello hive! It's me again your @langqt. For today's blog we are cleaning our chapel surroundings. And also how we make the flaglets, final of our basketball tournament from children's to youth and 9 nights Novena for our upcoming fiesta. Let's go!!!
Early in the morning we started cleaning (because it's not too much hot pa). From our chapel until to highway (not usually the main road to our place). And we are so thankful because a nice shining day. And I'm happy that a lot of youth and other was attended.
Then we raised the tarpaulin that sponsored by our barangay councilor. And a big thanks to MRS. Ybañez. This is the place we end our cleaning.
Then when it's 9:00 AM+ some people was prepared the foods. It's just a simple salo-salo. We just prepared a grill fish and rice.
When we all done eating, we continued cleaning. They assign us to make the flaglets. And here again my nephew disturbing me again. We make 60 pieces of flaglets. We used a plastic and a bamboo sticks. Don't worry we have a cleaning operation again when the fiesta is done.
The other was late and they decided to clean the front of the chapel. As a price for them their is a people sponsored the a "tuba" or a coconut wine.
When we all make the 60 flaglets. The other was continued to put the flaglets. Thanks to the children who help us.
When we rest cleaning the final game of children was started. The children's game was to fun even it's too hot na they are game na game. It's so exciting because the other team (team st. Niño) their are 3 graduated to their game. Because the consume their foul. And the team Mountain was the winner with the score of 36/31. Then game was end too fast due to high temperature.
The next game was the youth, the team Attackers and team Bugok. It's not too much exciting game, because the temperature was too hot. They played 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and in this was so very hot, and we end the game quickly. Then the sign the papers records. And it's more fun to watch the children's game than the youth game.
The last game was so very nice. Team Solid and team Bugok, the game was so very intense. The game is 4th quarter and the game was too long. Even it was still in 2nd the players was told us that they are tired😆. Their score was 70/88, and the team Solid was the winner. What I like to the team Solid was their communication and the players was so active.
I was assigned on the the stop watch. While ate Cherry Mea and Hannah was assigned in the list of point and foul of the players. And kuya Aeron was assigned as a announcer.
At 4:00 PM+ we put the bandiritas ( a straw with a lot of triangle plastic). We don't make more bandiritas because less of budget. But it's ok atleast we have a colorful design.
At night we started our first our Novena. Novena was a 9 nights of praying in chapel. And every night their has a person was preparing a snacks when the prayer was already done.
A lot of thank you to all children, youth and other people who has joined the cleaning operations. I hope during the fiesta they did not cause a trouble.
