April 19, 2023 was Wednesday, my schedule was very full until the next day. So many things happens on that day. And the day starts like this;
In the morning, the GSIS had scheduled with us the Electronic Remittance Filing handlers at 9:00 am. I woke up 5:30 in the morning to prepare breafast early. I went to the office at 7:00 am to endorse everything to my assistant. We left the office at 7:30 am and arrive at GSIS Pasay City at 9:45 am. Since we are all 8 should attend. We wait in the lobby for the 6 others. They arrive ay 9:15 am. When we are already complete we went up to the conference room and we are assisted by GSIS staffs they are very nice. There's no masungit. It was ny first tme there. When i entered the conference room, i was surprised because all department heads of GSIS was there and i was very nervous. Because this conference was about the concerns and problems encountered like loan arrears that almost a million pesos for a 1 member only. But as they said we are not here to question us but instead to help us and to find solution. Like what o said they are very nice persons very kind and clearly explain to us what we need to do. The conference ended at 12:00 noon. They served packed meals but we dont have time to eat. We will just eat when we arrive at the office.
After the conference we went back to office that was 1:45 in the afternoon. When i arrive, the distribution of Allowance for National Capital Region Palaro (Games) 2023 already started. I am one of the Division Support Staff for the said event. I am the one who prepared the request, the payroll and of course get the money to the LGU. And of course we had also allowance. All athletes, staffs, coaches, officials of both public and private schools received their cash until 5:00 PM. But not yet everyone get their allowance. The opening of the event was today April 22, 2023 Saturday.
After office hours, we celebrated my daughters birthday but it was already 5:45 pm when i leave the office. Yes, April 19 is her 15th birthday. My husband had a reservation to a new restaurant and he waited us there. My daughter will leave they schoolnat 6:10 pm so went first. O bought a small and simple cake. My daughter bring with her bestfriend. And it was my daughters request to have a dinner outside. After the dinner we bought what she want as her birthday gift. We roam around for two and a half hour only because we need to prepare for the catering on the next day. We go home at 9:00 pm. And in started to prepare the cutlery and packed it. Prepared what i need to my task on the next day.
I go to bed at 11:00 pm already. I will on sleep for 2 hours only because 1:00 am we need to start to cook.
Thats was a very tiring day, different happenings, task and group i am belong. But that was alright because i meet different persons not just an ordinary persons i met the officials of GSIS.
And i am so greatful to be a part of the team different team rather.
