Hello, dearest Hivers, this is J. In this blog, I’m going to share with you my life's happenings so far. I’m not jobless anymore. I got a front office job in the city, and yesterday I got my first ever pay, but it’s just for 3 days only because it’s cutoff already.
Why is it already in our blood that when we got our pay, we intended to take ourselves to a tasty restaurant or food court? Yesterday I got my pay; it is not that big, but at least. We decided to eat our dinner at Carbon City. Carbon is a market term.
Carbon is a lively place that’s full of stuff, such as foods. Some of them are shrimp, crabs, fish, barbecue, letchon, Korean foods, coffee, shakes, milk tea, and many more. There are also games stations where kids and adults will enjoy themselves.
And if you want to shop, there is also stuff that is very amazing and made by amazing hands. Before going to that food place, you will encounter various vendors on the road. Which is the night market. Vegetables, fruits, and thrift shops. When I decided to go there, I actually wanted to eat MCDO, but my companion doesn't like MCDO, which is why we ended up going to the Carbon Night Market.
We actually already tried eating letchon at 3M Dennis Letchon, and the first try was delicious. Ever since I started to live in the city, I think I’m always near death, but because of the way I need to cross the road every day as well as the foods I have eaten, that is all toxic. So since the last time we tried eating there, it was 10 out of 10. The reason why my companion wants to eat there again.
We have chosen the menu of 380 since, in our opinion, it is really worth the price. But if you don’t want the 380, there are lots of choices for you to make. 380 contains 300 grams of lechon, 6 hanging rices, pork blood, or dinuguan, and 3 soft drinks.
You have to pay for the lechon first before you proceed to the food claim section. They actually have a staff member who will look at a table for you, and they bring the letchon tray with them. That's an advantage of eating with them because it is very hard to look for a table to sit at. When we finally sat down, I took a photo first.
We started eating the pork skin, which is also called “panit sa letchon." It was very crunchy and juicy, and we loved the crisp.
They also have a sour, not so spicy vinegar, and upon eating the meats, it is very juicy and delicious, but my favorite letchon part is the tummy part, where the ingredients are located, such as the spring onions and other species. I don't eat dinugoan, but it is my companion's favorite dish. But he said that the dinugoan or pig's blood doesn't really taste that great. With your 380, it is actually a great price for you to get.
Afterwards, we feel so full, and at the carbon night market, you can find stalls that sell dessert. Such as tapioca, macaroni salad, dragon fruit salad, and avocado salad. My all-time favorite is the macaroni salad. Creamy and chewy, full of fruits and cheese. You can taste raisins, apples, nata, chunks of cheese, cherries, jhelly, and macaroni. I cannot recall the other ingredients, but it's actually really good. I had also tried eating sea shells that are on a stick, where you dip them in vinegar that is full of onions. I understand the hype about it because it tastes really great, especially when you love foods that match vinegar.
Moreover, we decided to buy fruits such as apples and oranges. I just bought the common fruits because I want my lunch to have fruits. The other fruit variations are expensive; we also bought vegetables, and I feel so guilty about eating toxic foods. That's why we bought some eggplants to eat tomorrow.
We intend to find a job to cater to our needs, so it's fine to spend as long as we spend according to the things we need.
