Today we decided to visit the Replica de capelinha de Fatima located at Lambusan, San Remigio which is one of the famous religious destination in San Remigio.
What made the church special?
The chapel was the one and only Replica de Capelinha of Fatima here in Philippines and only four around the world, the country who also have Replica de Capelinha of Fatima are,Brazil,Puerto Rico and United States including Philippines.
Last year during the annual celebration of our lady of fatima there was a miracle happened in the church in which after the mass the devotees witnessed the dancing sun as they called it. This happenings plastered on devotees mind and believed that our lady of Fatima is miraculous in which many devotees was healed and their prayers was granted.
Although Replica de capelinha is still under construction it has a large area of parking lot and it is an open area church with it’s spacious surrounding .There are some store selling foods and water they also have mini store selling candles and souvenirs .
The church is away from the cities and crowded area it was just surrounded by the mountains and has an overview of the ocean.
The experienced
Going there was challenging because of its roadway since the road is still under construction.
When we visit the place I was fascinated by the mountains ,the overview of the sea, and the open area church, it was haven🤩. Even though the place is not yet fully done I still find it beautiful😍.
However, I find the architectural unique cause it is my first time to witnessed an open area church and it was very nice. While attending the mass and offer your devotion you were able to inhale the fresh air.
When we entered the church my family bought candles and offered their petition. Then we proceed on sitting to the chairs inside the church and I decided to go to the altar to offer my petition to our lady of Fatima.Yes,we are allowed to go near the altar but slippers are not allowed and you need to write your name in the log book .
Although by that time we didn’t had the chance to attend the mass since when we arrived at the place the mass was already done. The last time we visit here we are able to attend the mass and it truly feels great and I feel at ease after attending the mass. The best time to visit the place is during the mass.
It was such a great time with my family. I feel at ease after offering my petition truly visiting the place made our day feels great and blessed.

Replica de Capelinha is one of the "to-go" with my parents soon! I'm glad you have been there. One of the staff to whom we did our on-the-job training told us that there's only one of them in Asia and we are so blessed for it✨🤗
