Taking care of your teeth can help prevent disease. Brushing and flossing properly can help prevent plaque. It is suggested by the doctor to have a dental checkup regularly once or twice a year.
A Dental Clinic is a house of dental equipment and tools. in one place and is staffed by a dentist, dental specialist, dental assistants, and dental hygienist.
HOW WOULD YOU KNOW IF IT IS A GOOD DENTAL CLINIC?
The dental staff should be equally skilled and experienced. Should know how to properly take care of their patients. They should provide good and honest customer service. They should be well-trained and follow office procedures. I could say this dental clinic is a ten out of ten.

Now I am here at the Ortho Dental Clinic for my dental checkup. I am sure this dental clinic is one of the best here in Bogo City, Northern Cebu, Philippines. I arrived at about 1 pm which is a little bit earlier for my dental schedule. My schedule is 2 p.m. The Ortho Dental Clinic is located at San Vicente Street Bogo City Cebu it is open Monday to Saturday 9:00 am up to 6:00 pm the evening. The place is very accommodating, and clean inside and outside the clinic. The place is near the BOGO CITY plaza. While I'm waiting for my turn I go outside and look around. There I saw a big white cat that caught my attention.
I MET A NEW PAWFRIEND
I am planning to have a stroll in the Bogo plaza. As I am waiting for my time scheduled at 2:00 p.m. for my dental checkup because I have about 45 minutes to wait. I wandered around the plaza which was across the dental clinic and there, I saw a friendly big white cat, it is very friendly and nice-looking then I take a photograph of this new pawfriend of mine.
I went back to the clinic at exactly 2 p.m. to have my dental checkup. My dentist then suggested that I need a denture for my teeth. He had some of my teeth extracted before and now it needs to be replaced with dentures.
MY DENTURE'S PRICE
My denture's price is 10,000 pesos or 175.92 USD, it is a package.
WHAT IS A DENTURE?
Dentures a false teeth are needed to replace damaged teeth or loss because of gum disease partial dentures may be used to fill in one or more missing teeth. Dentures may feel strange at first, in the beginning, your dentist may want to see you often to make sure the dentures fit. In time, your gums will change shape, and your dentures may need to be adjusted or replaced. Be sure to let your dentist handle this adjustment.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR DENTURES
Keep your dentures clean and free from food that can cause stains or bad breath. avoid small crunchy foods that can get trapped under the dentures and hurt your gums. Brush dentures every day with a denture care product, and soak them in water or a denture cleansing liquid at night. Be sure to leave them out of your mouth while you sleep to prevent swollen gums.
Be careful when wearing dentures because it may be harder for you to feel hot foods and drinks or notice bones in your food. When learning to eat with dentures, it may be easier if you:
• start with soft and nonsticky food.
• Cut your food into small pieces.
• Chew slowly using both sides of your mouth.
HOW TO GET HERE?
When you are in Bogo City. You find a tricycle, you will say to the tricycle driver that you will go to North Town Ortho Dental Clinic near the plaza. You can call first for the reservation before you go to the dental clinic or if you go by private car the address of North Town Ortho Dental Clinic is in San Vicente Street BOGO city so it is very easy to find the clinic.
ON MY WAY HOME
On my way home, I make a shortstop in San Antonio Bogo. I drive my motorcycle therefore I could make a stop anytime. I made a photograph of a sugarcane plantation bearing flowers during sunset.
This is the beautiful view that brings joy to me. I stand by in the shade of the trees and feel the breeze.

How many teeth did you want to have dentures on? Taking care of teeth is a huge responsibility of each one. I have dentures but I remove them often especially when eating so I can feel the food more
