Soursop fruit is more familiar as a Guyabano fruit and in Cebuano, we called it SABANA. An amazing, delicious fruit that can satisfy our thirst and hunger. It has many benefits to our health too. Here in my backyard garden, I planted this seedling in the year 2006 after 5 years I started harvesting my first soursop or the Guyabano fruit. Not to brag, but up to the present time, it continues to bear fruits.

This is what my blog is all about. I want to share the goodness of this fruit with our bodies for us to be healthy.

There are lots of medicinal benefits of this fruit. In Mindanao we called it Abana.

According to the book I read about this fruit, this is also as an Anti-cancer. We make this as abana shake.

As I see that you are new to Hive, I welcome you. And I take the chance to make a suggestion. It would be good if you put the source of the images even if they are yours. And in that case, it would be enough to put a simple note at the end.
