Good food at an affordable price satisfies everyone's stomach.
Not all restaurants with expensive looks have expensive food prices.
"I don't want it there. It looks expensive." My husband said these lines when we went to Bogo City for a quick lunch date. Because I was here with some of my friends, I assured him it was not what he thought.
Supposed to be our first choice is Jollibee. Bogo City has a lot of beautiful restaurants with a lot of delicious food. I really don't know why my husband liked to eat at Jollibee. Haha. Not only kids are fond of that food chain, even adults as well, right?😂

The Machu Picchu restaurant is across Bogo Plaza. It's easy for you to find it because the signage is large enough for you to see.
Come on, let's take a look at the inside, and like to share what we order.
The Surroundings
The first thing you can see when you get inside is the glass door. Push it to see what's inside.
Here you are. As you can see, its interior is rustic type. I have observed this place is a bit romantic because of the dim lights.

The Menu
They immediately give you their menu when you find a comfortable table and seats. The waitress handed it over to us and showed a smile.
They served Filipino and Japanese Food. Of all Takoyaki I've tasted here in Bogo, theirs is the best.
Their Sizzling Food is one of the best. The cheapest dish in their restaurant only costs 100 PHP or 2 US dollars.
Our Order
Water is life.😂 Typically, when we go to restaurants, it's either soup or water will be given to customers.
While waiting for our order, we had to chitchat with other restaurants to try next time.
Takoyaki is a Japanese food/ snack that is famous not only in Japan but also here in our country. It is ball-shaped and made with cabbage, wheat flour, squid, and other vegetables. You can find this in SM, Metro Colon, and other places in the Philippines. It's price is only 150 PhP or 2.69 US dollars per dozen.
It is one of my favorites, but not my husband's. He always likes Filipino food. Patronizing our dishes. Hehe
The last dish is Chicken Katsudon with Egg and Rice for only 220 PHP or 3.95 US dollars. Their served is more than enough a person can partake. You won't regret buying this one. Even if my husband likes Filipino food, he then appreciates Japanese food. He told me some of them tasted like Filipino dishes.☺️ Hooray for me!😁
For our drinks, we ordered soda (orange and lemon flavor).
I asked them at first if they had smoothies. They told us they don't have them at the moment.
Overall Impression
My rating is 10/10 for the ambiance, price, staff, and taste.
Maybe next time should offer some smoothies, and desserts like pastries, ice cream, etc., to complete each meal.
We're happy that they serve each dish more than enough.
For me, it is highly recommended and approved by my partner's taste.

I have been wanting to eat takoyaki but most of the time i think they are a bit pricey. On my next visit to Bogo, will check the place out!
