To see all you three on "all" the newcomers posts is somehow disturbing, first: for the eye of all the readers, second: somewhat"frightening" for the newbie too for sure...
It's the amount of info in the first comment someone receives from you that is terrifying i feel. May please rethink your welcome message and let the newbies make their own experience too. Like we all had to make...
