I am eager to showcase the little I can do with putting shapes and colors together for the Hive business card design contest aimed at having a business card to onboard people on the platform.
Hive as been a home for many across the world and I think it is necessary we bring more people on board to benefit from the privileges available on the platform. I have been on the platform for a long time now and this is home to me regardless. This place is always my first point of contact. I would love to see many people come here and thrive too.
I use the Canva web version for the design and it was just as easy as using the app.
Among the free templates available for business card, I decided to use one I find to be very cool. That saved me a lot of time with the design and that's one of the features I love so much about using Canva.
This is the template I used and you will definitely like what it transformed into.
I removed the things I won't be needing for the design and added the red colour.
I brought in the Hive logo and it blended well on the pages.
The text followed, I inserted all the text and QR codes for both pages.
I wasn't sure of the colour to use so I decided to try white on the front and black at the back.
I eventually chose black in the end and looks great or what do you think? 😉😉😉.

Amazing. I love how simple and universal it is, so cool too. I believe you enjoyed playing with Canva especially trying out those colors to see which one would fit in and this came out to be amazing.
