Non-Working Day General Cleaning

in Hive PH2 years ago (edited)

This morning I got up early because the people here at home also woke up early. I joined them downstairs and we had coffee. While I was drinking coffee, I thought of turning on my cellphone and scrolling through my Facebook page. Usually, what I see while scrolling through Facebook are only funny videos because that is one of my interests and why I go online on Facebook.

As I kept scrolling, I saw a post from GMA NEWS about 13hrs ago that said today is a non-working day and I as read it. It's up until Saturday. Refer from the screenshot below.

These days, people only sometimes think to clean our surroundings or places because they are too busy with work. But today is a non-working day so they thought of doing general cleaning here in our area.

Our place is close to the sea, so it is inevitable that it will be flooded with various garbage from the sea that people throw away.

And since I don't have school today because of the GMA news, I immediately finished my coffee so I could start cleaning. I just got a broom for the outside of the house and we started cleaning.

There is really a lot of garbage that gets thrown here and there are only a few people who are willing to clean it up and help clean it up. Usually when there is general cleaning, others only help when they say there are snacks after cleaning. Others are willing to help keep our place clean.

There's a lot of coconuts here. The Talisay tree is surrounded by it.

That's why I thank the people who really take the initiative to help keep the place clean. People like this are rare these days and it is a great thing for us to have people like them.

PS: Others went home after burning the trash. I appreciate their willingness. That's why I only took pictures of them because I was also busy earlier in the day sweeping and taking the garbage to where we burned them. There is also no one to order to take pictures so I only got a few.

That's all for now and have a nice day everyone. God bless us all!

Di ba bawal sa Inyo Ang mag burn Ng basura? Dito sa Amin bawal talaga mag burn Ng basura. 500.00 penalty for the first citation ticket na maibigay.

We really segregated waste here kasi if not di sya icocollect Ng garbage collector.
