As you can see me happy while learning how to bake, as what they say, Bake With Love😅❤️❤️ Presenting to you this blog of mine this month as we are the Batch 1 or Pioneering Batch for this competency, may God guide us along the way until we finished this short course🥰

Good day dear hivers, I am so much happy to share with you my experience in Bread and Pastry Production. I hope you are all okay and in good health while reading my latest blog as I enter the year 2024.

This will be my first achievement this year if I pass the assessment😁 But I have to think positive, no harm in trying😆 For me learning is endless, learning all the time is for everyone, never get tired learning if you are old now. Learning is fun for me,and also learning makes you happy🤗

This bread is called " soft roll " from the word itself, soft, so the finish product expect it to be soft😅 It it isn't then you know what I mean☺️ Anyway, this bread was like the foundation of all the breads we baked, meaning while we make dough for other breads, you got to have little difference from the ingredients of a different bread. You have to remember its ingredients if you want to know a lot of recipes or how to make different breads, then remember the ingredients for soft roll.

Our first day was exciting, knowing that we will be the first to use the training center. Unboxing some of the kitchen tools and utensils was just amazing as we expect to have use center already. But the first day was cleaning inside the center and putting the utensils in its proper place. I tend to have the most of the hopes, like I hope instructor will be doing good in teaching us😅 I have a lot of learnings for how many weeks and yes, hopefully everything goes smoothly.

Our trainor was good and also tries to discipline everyone while on training. Not too much noise while doing a thing or while baking. Ask questions if you don't understand some from the discussions specially during actual. Reminds us to be more attentive in order to catch up everything, so that during assessment we will not have hard time passing the actual exam.

I love to eat a bread when it is newly baked, it is yummy and satisfies your cravings😊

Most of the time if you are in the kitchen, you learn to put things together or prepare the needed ingredients in baking or cooking. Sometimes you can think that life also needs you to prepare for something in the future, it isn't only applicable in the kitchen. You will soon realize how important is preparing the things first before you start the cooking process.

Just need to strike a pose for our portfolio😀 Baking needs patience too and off course the care on weighing the ingredients, for you to fulfill the desired texture or result of your product. For instance, you forgot to turned off the fan before weighing ingredients suddenly it fly away going to your face😆 oh no, hopefully not😅 Baking is something you have to be careful of.

I'm sorry but I don't actually mean to look sleeping😁 Photographer just don't get the point of telling us to be ready before taking a shot😆. That time when you knead the dough and check if it is ready to be put to rise for 30 minutes. Too much to do or check when you are baking. In our case, the oven is not automatic and that we have to use our timer or the timer provided by the training center for us to know if baked goods ready to be pull out.

Off course, washing the dishes are always there. No one is excuse to do it, unless you are doing something for the group or work to finish. I love to wash dishes and I don't know why😅 We wash the trays or utensils after using them and dry them up before leaving.

When you see your final product not burned and it is just right, it just feels good. You want to bake some more😆 I remember the first time I bake and my first baked bread was cinnamon bread, it feels positive that you feel like want to bake different breads everyday. My cinnamon bread was not bad,honestly. But I wasn't expecting about the result as I am still doing trial or testing.

I am sorry for the brooms right there😅 Just want to lean on the wall and relax for a bit, just finished kneading the dough and it's hard really. I mean, I just appreciate all the bakers all over the world for enduring on their talents, baking is not really easy.

hello @edver143 I am not that good in baking but maybe after the training my learnings will be added,😆😆 anyway, learning is just fun and I dont like to stop learning as long as I can.🤗

Yes @netswriting , you never know what you can do until you tried something new. Learning is a process and I believe in learning many things, we became more knowledgeable. So much to learn in this world, take it 1by1
