Good day, my Hive family! This is @queeniemary once again. These past few weeks, I've been busy with my studies and my responsibilities as a working student. But now, I'm back with a new blog. Before I start, I just want to ask a question. How was your day? Are you feeling tired? Don't lose hope, because God has something in store for you. FIGHTING!!!
STARTING A NEW EXPERIENCE
In the past, I struggled with communication because I was always at home, isolating myself to avoid the harsh realities of the world. Essentially, I was an introverted person before I found God. I would often tell myself, "I'm okay being alone" or "I prefer to stay in bed and do nothing." However, everything changed when I discovered God. He revealed His goodness to me, and I transformed into a person I never expected to become - from an introvert to an extrovert. God blessed me with the ability to touch the hearts of little children, and I became a teacher in our church. Honestly, at first, I was scared because I believed I could not do it. I was shy and lacked confidence. But God is truly good; He sent someone to encourage me to let go of my past and start anew, becoming a better version of myself, the person God wants me to be.
Helping Hands
Now that I'm an official teacher in our church, we have carried out many ministries to help children and teach them about God. I started in Barangay Jaguimit, in Naga City, Cebu. We went there together with my church family including @chimegipamus and @chaparlepez to educate the children and distribute gifts from other countries. Before I started teaching, we had to carry all the boxes of gifts, and what touched my heart was seeing the children help us carry all the boxes.

After that, we prepared food from Chowking, which we bought for the kids. Our church members enjoyed doing it and were very supportive. Whenever I was teaching, they were there to help me, which was a great assistance.

Before I start teaching the children, we always begin with a prayer. I could not help but capture this beautiful scenery where a child shows how to pray to God. In this generation, it is rare to see children praying to God because they often spend most of their time on their cell phones. That is why it is important to teach them about God and help open their minds to spirituality.

After that, I begin my lesson about God. While I am teaching, I feel a sense of peace, especially because I'm sharing God's word with them - it's truly fulfilling. After the lesson, we distribute the boxes, also known as "Samaritan's Boxes." When the kids receive their gifts, their joy is apparent as they jump around in excitement.

After they receive the gifts, we begin to open them, and the excitement is evident on the faces of the kids. As I look at them, I feel a sense of peace and joy. It truly touches my heart to see a child happy with a simple gift. The smiles on their faces while receiving the gifts are fulfilling, and I thank God for the blessings we have received, which allow us to share them with these little children.
MORAL LESSONS
I have learned that sometimes God allows us to face challenges because He is preparing us for something that is truly meant for us. Just like what happened to me, I faced many challenges before becoming a ministry teacher. God has given me a talent that can help all children who need God, and it is all by His grace.
Never stop learning and embracing new experiences. Whenever there is an opportunity, seize it and trust in God. By continuously learning and growing, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and blessings.
