The Busy Bee! One of The Busiest of My Busy Days 🥰☺️...!

Hi, my fellow Hivers 🤚! I am here again ☺️! You know what I love to share my life with you. I know it is not that interesting at all. But I want you to know me better. As I can only express my thoughts in writing. Hopefully, you are still willing to support me. Thank you in advance ❣️🥰!

As of this day February 8, 2024, I have a lot of commitments. As I handled an Integrated School it is like I managed two (2) public schools. Yes, it is like that because elementary and secondary department have their different needs. As a leader in both departments, I should be fair and just and see to it that nobody is left behind. I know I am not the best but at least I tried.

My first commitment was to address the concerns of all the athletes for the provincial meet. Therefore I called for an urgent meeting together with the parents of the athletes, the athletes themselves, the coaches, and as well as the PTA Officials. I was so grateful that at the end of the meeting, everything was put to order.

By the way, why do I feel pressured on this matter? It is because in the secondary department in the district of Tabogon during the District Meet, we were the Champion. So therefore we have a lot of athletes to be brought to the Provincial Meet. We have 57 delegations in our school alone both elementary and secondary departments. We need one (1) bus for the transportation going to the venue. Good to know that our beloved mayor will shoulder our transportation expenses.

My second commitment was the closing and culmination program of the career guidance whole-week activity for grade 12 students. I am very much thankful to our Guidance Designate in Senior High School for handling this successfully. As well as for our Immersion Coordinator mam @callmesmile for all the preparation for the deployment of the students to our partner companies.

This activity started with a parade to show the community what they would become someday. After the parade I let them take a break for almost one (1) hour while I still discussed the provincial meet concerns.

We finished the activity at past 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon for we included the culmination activity. Why? Because we still have another engagement in the afternoon.

We invited the grade 12 parents to attend the activity because we need to discuss with them a very important matter. But unfortunately, only one-fourth (1/4) of the parents were present. Anyway, I still successfully delivered my message.

My third commitment was the creation and orientation of the School Governance Council (SGC).

I am very grateful to maam @dehai maam @callmesmile @daenerhys @jobeliever @batanggwapo for the very active participation. They made this very important session a successful one.

You know what? Maam @dehai is my appointed Designated Co-Chairperson for I trusted her the most. Maam @callmesmile is also our Elected Secretary for she is capable of the position. As the two (2) working together, I know and believe that everything went well along the way.

We also have a very prominent participant in the person of Engineer Susan Ornopia-Aroa the Assistant District Engineer of Cebu First Engineering Office. She represented the Alumni Association of Ilihan Integrated School together with her secretary.

Well before I forget, @daenerhys is our very active SSLG president and she represented the body on this SGC creation. With her student leadership, I know that she can manage the student body for the entire school year productively.

We still have members in this School Governance Council (SGC) who are also a member of Hives but I failed to mention it here. Why? It is because I still need to be familiar with their code name.

As I went home late at night, I felt my energy was drained to the bones. I slept immediately to replenish my energy. But I can't deny the fact that I have a very fruitful day. Thanks to all the people behind the scenes.
