Hello, Hivers!
A pleasant day to everyone! I hope you are all having a good day! I hope you have time to read my blog. It's been quite a week for me and for everyone at CRMC. Everyone's so occupied with schoolwork and our upcoming event. We just finished the midterm examinations, and now we are looking forward to some fun to relieve our stress after such a long, tiring week!

Blocking Day.
Our schedule started so early in the morning (7 AM), but as agreed upon, we had to be present before 6:30 AM. Some of us didn’t eat breakfast, and we had practice late the previous night, so everyone was pushing themselves to perform their best.
After the blocking, we were given at least two hours to eat breakfast. Not me, though—I already had mine.
Two hours later, we gathered at the announced meeting place, which was behind the church. We didn’t immediately start working since others were out buying the materials needed for our props for the PE demonstration. I brought my guitar, and while we were waiting, a few classmates and I gathered to sing along to familiar songs. It was a very nostalgic moment, reminding me of what my senior high school classmates used to do every Friday. It really warmed my heart.
Around 11 AM, I had to leave to eat lunch. What perfect timing—it turned out my mom and brother were going out to buy Christmas gifts. I know it’s kind of early, but that’s just how they’ve always done it. My mom invited me to join them for lunch, and of course, I wouldn’t turn down a food offer! Plus, I’m trying to save money because, let’s be honest, I’m not rich enough to waste it.
After lunch, I returned to the back of the church. The others were still working, albeit slowly, so I wasn’t sure what to do. From the looks of it, everyone had their own tasks assigned, so I just sat quietly in a corner to avoid bothering them. I wanted to help, but it seemed like my assistance wasn’t needed at the moment.
An hour later, as people started taking breaks to let others help, I finally got the chance to pitch in. Although I didn’t contribute much, I was glad to do something. During that time, a classmate shared a heartfelt story with me. I won’t share the details here since she trusted me with her words, but I really enjoyed listening to her. She’s such a lovely young lady.
When you’re having fun with what you’re doing, you lose track of time—and that’s exactly what happened. I truly enjoyed myself. Even though I’m not Catholic, I found the church and everything inside it so fascinating and astonishing.
It’s been quite a while since my last blog because I’ve been so busy with academics and other responsibilities. I’ll try my best to write more often and share experiences like this. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog! I really appreciate it, and I hope our paths cross again!
