This is just a venue everyone has been debating, I think it is the second time that the Sinulog Festival is held here in the South Road Properties. It used to be held in Cebu City Downtown Area where there is a lot more people than this place. It is distant from the city main and is really difficult for those who do not have their own means of transportation. There were indeed a lot of people and some vloggers and Filipino artists.☺︎♡
