I applied as a Machine Operator in the Cement Company and before I grab this work, I undergo for driving training. It felt nervous to me because it was my first time to used heavy machines. Aside of that some of worries in my mind is that, what if I create a damage inside of the company. Well, this is a big disaster because all of the things can be found here are very expensive. One false move and create any damage, my salary will be affected too.
The first time I applied this work, we also undergo for orientations just like Getting to know the rules and regulations inside of the company as well as the violations and do's during work time. After that, they also distributed this company uniform made of materials just like light reflector so that it can easily seen during at night. I felt very excited and nervous to grab this work but I keep thinking myself about the good future awaits. Hard works and challenges is not a hindrance or obstacles to achieved the success. It needs to work hard and do our best to achieved it.
This are my friends who worked in side of this lubrication hall. They also did their best to perform their job very well. After a few years of being here, finally I gained lots of friends and my work days was already enjoyable even if it is already tiring enough. I tried to take pictures inside of the building but it is prohibited to take any photos inside of the building. This friends of mine also lives here in our Town that is why it will be very easy to see with each other.
It was lucky for me to take photo on some parts of the Lubrication hall were lots of big drums displayed filled with used oil, and different kinds of chemicals. This people are the responsible to do lubricating, putting some used oil in the conveyor and any machineries found in the company. Those girl workers are doing also their jobs just like checking and listing those used chemicals to be submitted to the main office. Even if they only checked and listing those information, still it is also very tiring enough and need to fucos a lot so that it can avoided mistaken by calculating and checking those materials.
This place is were the machines just like this put and placed. This vehicle is used for lifting heavy loads and pile of cements. This kind of vehicles is what we called fordcliff, it can carry 45 sacks of cement in one time to be transferred to vehicles or in boats. Every time when the work is out, we always stay and take a rest in here, and having some conversation to my co-workers. This place is a garage on which big machineries takes place just like bulldozers and fordcliff.
Sometimes when I felt myself getting bored of waiting our time to work, I sit outside of the place and when I've seen some of my friends who also waits, I joined them and doing a conversation. We worked 8 hours shifting that is why, being on time is much better.
Sometimes, my duty hours is at night and 8 hours of working at the middle of the night. At the first, it is really hard for me to work at night and I felt sleepy but I tried my best to beat sleepnes and now I can perform my job with no hassle.
Sometimes we relaxed inside of the facilities just like this and after the work is done, we take a rest in this place and enjoyed ourselves in the cold air-conditioned room. Also surfing the net with our cellphone will not be forgot. This kind of job is not really easy and it needs fucos and hard works. But despite of that, I am really happy to be part of the company.
