I've never been to jollibee as a child so I took my kids to Jollibee for the first time.
Back then, fastfood chains were only in the heart of the city which os almost an hour away from our place and only had a few branches but these dasys, there were two jollibee branches that were closer to us without going to the city proper.
Last December, I took my kids to jollibee, it's our first meal ont rhe store together because I was often too busy to accompany tjem and bavk then when I took my eldest to the fastfood, she was my only child back then and it was my sister who often bring them to the city when they have time.
I carefully ppanned our trip because even though I got an extra pay at that time, I and my husband had other things to prioritize too.
The plan also had been postponed several times because December had lots of rains back then and the road to the fastfood was downhilla nd slippery when raining and travelling during rainy weather makes me very anxious.
I kept convincing my husband to come but he wanted us to go without him amd I don't know why. Perhaps he was looking out for the budget too so I did not insist but later that night, he went after us to give us a ride home.
Anyway, I asked the kids what they wanted to eat and said they wanted spaghetti, fried xhicken, burger, fries and of course, drinks. Too bat they ran out of vanilla ice cream that night.
We picked a table near the counter, dined and enjoyed our meal, making every moment special. Too bad my husband was not around but it was okay, and ordered food to take home instead so my mum and my husband could have what we had in the fastfood chain.
Laling enjoyed her fried chicken and gravy so much, @eylii did not enjoy her spaghetti so we switched, and Czak was too full to finish his burger. I forgot to upgrade our fries to large size but thankfully it I forgot because it was too salty.
Im a thrifty mother, and all those years I had been thinking of investing in the farm to build a more sexure future for my kids but it takes so long to profit from our investments and when it does, we have many priorities to spnlend money first. Im just hlad I made this decision that time and realised it for my kids. We seldomly had a meal together outside the house and moments like this is very special for me and hopefully, there will be more mome9like this soon.
