Edit: I did a small research and it seems like the block in Turkey is on DNS level. So changing your DNS could solve this. I also change my DNS to the Google DNS for using blocked websites.
Nope proplem. But keep in mind that there could be troubles with the law in Turkey. As far as I understand it is like copy right laws. ( For example for video games)
It is ok to change the DNS or use a VPN but is not ok to use Discord.
Maybe you could inform yourself and decide afterwards if want to take the risk.
