You can ask whatever you want here :) I'm no expert but when bitcoin's price go crazy ( surpassing it's previous record for example) that's an idiot proof sign you're in a bull run. There are people that can explain this stuff way better like @toofasteddie which I recommend you follow. I'm just a clown that tries to make people laugh :)
