I've removed my vote, but I thought it was quite funny. Is it also a rule that members have to not vote for posts that break the rules?
Could you clarify rule 1:
I started out on Memehub with the impression that reposting memes was OK but that Memehub wouldn't upvote them - although other people could if they wanted to?
reposts are fine on the https://memehub.lol platform but will get u in trouble on the Hive blockchain for low effort or non-OC. That is why there is the batch of 10 stipulation for repost memes. A single repost is bad, a well curated batch of repost memes can potential meets hive standards
Presumably #1 if it's not original content, but it's safe to say this post is not alone on memehub in that regard!
Why is it verboten to mock Elon Musk on Hive? - maybe that is not the issue here, but as I've found out myself, that twat is supposed to be worshiped in these parts...
Lol, maybe, use me as your gauge of right and wrong at your own peril. @memehub hasn't stated his reason, so I guessed.
My question is about sock puppets.
Posting with a sock puppet for the purposes of getting two community votes is abuse.
I don't know that to be the case, in this case, but that is a pretty good call on which way the politics will break.
The number of accounts have nothing to do with it, the two votes from curators that don't know it's a sock puppet is called a sybil attack, and is bad for distribution.
Distribution has improved exponentially from when I got here, if that improvement is to continue abuse must be mitigated.
please read the community rules

cool, glad to hear that!
@lols, please remove your vote, this post violates community guidlines.
Done - but which guideline does it violate?

3 and 5?
More if it turns out to be a sock puppet.
3 and 5 - say waht??? - are you trolling now?

Genuine question - what is the difference between sock puppet accounts and different accounts for different purposes? (asking for a friend...)
