Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, llegamos al final de esta semana y hoy día 47 del año y del Reto Murphy en casa de 100 días, este año me propuse hacer un Murphy modificado, que pueda hacer en casa y en cualquier lugar, por ende algunos ejercicios los modifiqué y lo cierto es que empezó muy bien y ya estamos en una etapa donde empieza lo retador con las repeticiones💪🔥

Este Reto si que vino con su dificultad muy distinta al del año pasado con los burpees, sobretodo con las sentadillas, ya que en estos 7 días de esta etapa son 200 cada día, es decir 1400 Sentadillas 🥵 y creeme que se siente como el infierno🥵 pero ya sabía que esto se venía, en el de Burpees es más progresivo porque es todo el año, sin embargo en este Reto la carga de repeticiones pega cada semana, de igual manera acepto el Reto porque así lo decidí en Enero, así que vienen días pesados de este Reto, espero me acompañen hasta el dia 100 que sé que será super retador 💪🔥
This Challenge did come with a very different difficulty than last year with burpees, especially with squats, because in these 7 days of this stage are 200 each day, ie 1400 squats 🥵 and believe me it feels like hell🥵 but I already knew this was coming, in the Burpees is more progressive because it is all year, however in this Challenge the load of repetitions hits every week, anyway I accept the Challenge because I decided so in January, so come heavy days of this Challenge, I hope you join me until the 100th day that I know will be super challenging 💪🔥
