En esta ocasión les comparto mi entrenamiento de hoy y las técnicas y aprendizajes que me dejó el mismo, con mis amigos ciclistas que tienen más de 10 años😱⏳ de trayectoria en el deporte🚴♀️🚴🔥 aprendí algunas técnicas hoy para mejorar el rendimiento y la fuerza hoy las compartiré con ustedes💯, al igual que algunas de las fotos de hoy y mi registro de actividad física📲.

After having been 4 days📆😅 without physical activity today I was finally able to go out to train on my road bike with some cycling friends who invited me to climb the Choroni⛰️🛣️🚲 road... Empezamos a subir a eso de las 5 a un buen ritmo🚴♀️🚴, una de las técnicas que me han enseñado durante el entrenamiento para no morir en el intento a la llegada es ir a un ritmo constante en el plano o en la subida menos empinada y hacer los cambios de velocidad y darlo todo en las subidas pronunciadas🚵♀️.

Porque otra de las cosas que he aprendido es que no importa mucho la velocidad a la que vayas en algunos días, pues sólo con el hecho de salir a rodar en la bici dos horas⏱️ ya estás adaptando al cuerpo al movimiento y creando resistencia🥵.

Today I went out with several veterans and they also gave me other tips to train, but a personal🔍 one is to have an application or a cycle computer📟 that helps you measure the distance and speed at which you go on the routes🚲;
Pues eso nos ayudará a darnos cuenta que tal va nuestro rendimiento y mejora, por lo menos yo lo registro con la aplicación Strava📳.

Donde pongas con un cronómetro (puedes utilizar una aplicación para que suene la campana también, estas me las recomendaron hoy📲⬆️) y lo configures 3 minutos para pedalear suave en subida⛰️🔝, y 1 minutos dandolo todo sin descansar🚴♀️🔥, y hacerlo así al menos 10 veces.
Where you put with a stopwatch (you can use an application to ring the bell too, these were recommended to me today📲⬆️) and configure it 3 minutes to pedal smoothly uphill⛰️🔝, and 1 minute giving everything without resting🚴♀️🔥, and do it like this at least 10 times.
