Desde hace varias semanas, era sabido el interés concreto y real que había por Messi de parte del Barca, y en algunas ocasiones, dicho interés se empezó a materializar con acercamientos y declaraciones de parte de la directiva blaugrana. Messi se dejo querer por los mismos, y en la ilusión de los culés se acrecentaba una esperanza de un "Last Dance" al mejor estilo Jordán, no obstante esa ilusión fue derrumbada en la tarde de hoy, cuando se confirmo que Leo optaba por otros retos. A continuación, mi análisis y sensaciones netamente personales acerca de este movimiento de Messi y todo lo que acarrea. ¡Acompáñenme!

Leo Messi llegaba de unas merecidas vacaciones a Barcelona, donde se le esperaba para firmar su contrato de renovación con el Barca. Todo pintaba viento en popa, pero con el pasar de los minutos se generaba cierto revuelo en las redes, al aparecer constantes noticias acerca de complicaciones en la renovación del astro Argentino; en aquel entonces, la burbuja financiera del Barca y todos sus problemas eran la punta del iceberg, se conocía que la situación pre y post covid no era la mejor, pero Bartomeu jamás transmitió de forma publica un estado de alarma que, en aquel entonces, ya era necesario para actuar y subsanar una economía que, si de analogías medicas se refiriese, estaba en UCI según Joan Laporta tiempo después.
Los culés esperábamos impacientes el comunicado de la renovación oficial, sin embargo apareció un comunicado que sin duda marcaria un antes y un después del deporte.

Y el mismo Messi también.
La Liga no respondía por ese señalamiento del Barca. A lo largo de los meses, Javier Tebas fue dando declaraciones, por un lado realistas, por un lado odiosas, por un lado despectivas acerca del Barca y su Fair Play mediante una normativa implementada para controlar las finanzas de los clubes.
Normativa que no se hacia presente durante el mandato de Bartomeu; el ex presidente derrochaba, por decirlo de alguna manera, el dinero del club, ofreciendo salarios completamente desorbitados a los jugadores importantes y a los no tan, también. Messi iría a Paris donde era presentado de gran forma, se concretaba el tridente MNM (Messi,Neymar,Mbappe) prometiendo ser la delantera mas letal de Europa y maravillar al mundo entero, por su parte, el Barcelona, si no era el infierno, pues era lo mas semejante en aquel entonces. Los fichajes para el equipo de Koeman no podían ser inscritos, Emerson Royal llegaba y se iba, en un movimiento sumamente interesante producto de la enorme necesidad económica de facturar para el Barca. Aguero y Memphis eran inscritos tras el gran gesto de los capitanes con su primera rebaja de sueldo (el club empezó a solicitar a los jugadores un sacrificio económico para empezar a bajar la masa salarial) y aceptaron, de buena gana.
Comenzaban las ligas, en una temporada atípica que aun no se recuperaba del movimiento generado por el caso Messi. PSG ganaba y gustaba, Barcelona empezaba a padecer la ausencia del 10, con resultados desfavorables en Liga, con derrotas humillantes en Champions. En Octubre, Ronald Koeman era cesado del club, y llegaba Xavi Hernandez...
Xavi levantaría de a poco a un Barcelona que ya no solo estaba en UCI a nivel financiero, si no también deportivo, al llegar a estar 9no en la tabla de clasificación, y siendo Noviembre y ya con la Liga prácticamente perdida. La situación pintaba mas que fea.
A Messi se le notaba incomodo en Paris, pero no demasiado, sin embargo llegaría un momento clave; la eliminación en Champions ante el Real Madrid. Se le señalo a Lionel como gran responsable de la derrota, ya que en la ida el argentino había fallado un penal y en la vuelta no apareció en los momentos complicados. La prensa le caía fuerte y la afición empezaba a emitir sus primeros abucheos...
La temporada terminaría, el PSG seria campeón en Francia pero con malas sensaciones, el Barca, a pesar de no ganar nada, presentaba un futuro alentador con las palancas financieras y la promesa de fichajes de renombre que se harían presente.
De Julio hasta Noviembre la cosa seguiría igual, de hecho Messi comenzaba en muy buena forma la temporada con el Paris y se llego a comentar que el Argentino extendería su contrato con el club. Sin embargo el mundial de Qatar y su conclusión generarían en Messi un cambio de ideas totalmente opuestas a la que tenia antes de empezar la máxima cita futbolística; al haber salido Campeón del Mundo, y de cierta forma haber completado el futbol, Messi sentía que ya estaba todo hecho en su carrera, y que le faltaba algo, y ahí fue cuando apareció Xavi.
"Lo has ganado todo, solo te falta despedirte de acá como es debido, Leo", fueron las palabras del DT del Barca a Messi. Hasta la fecha, esas son las únicas que se saben o por lo menos, que se yo. La renovación con el Paris quedo en Stand-by, y cuando en Marzo el equipo del Paris cae eliminado en Champions ante el Bayern, y con las criticas y abucheos de la afición a Messi y su familia, Leo puso todo en duda. Barcelona nunca se había ido de su mente, y su corazon...

A mi no me ha gustado nada que así haya sido, por un aspecto meramente emocional, yo quería, necesitaba verlo vestir por ultima vez la equitación blaugrana. Que se despidiese como mandan los libros, saliendo al minuto 85 y recibiendo una ovación destinada a quedar en la posteridad. Pero no fue así, no será así.
La cantidad de criticas que ha recibido Messi de parte de sectores del Barcelonismo llamándole rata, pesetero y otros adjetivos mas por decir los menos ofensivos, son de personas que están un escalón por debajo de lo que representa el amor del mundo Barca por Lionel. Entiendo al frustración que genera ya que ha habido toda una movida desde aproximadamente hace una semana en la que todos los días el tema era Messi y su posible vuelta. Yo, particularmente, me aferraba a Twitch y seguía el minuto a minuto de la situación, con o sin auriculares, trabajando o no, porque esperaba el momento donde se comunicara de forma oficial que Messi volvía, pero no se dio, o se dio pero no de la forma que quería, y no por eso voy a olvidarme de los +500 goles que ese tipo le dio al Barca.
Hay cosas que no quedan muy claras, el Barca emitió un comunicado deseándole lo mejor a Lionel en esta decisión y travesia, sin embargo el comunicado indica que el 5 de Junio Leo había trasladado la decisión de no volver. Y hoy 7 es que lo hacen publico ¿Qué necesidad de hacerlo así? además de otros flecos que posiblemente nunca entenderemos. Era evidente que la familia Messi no lo estaba pasando bien en Paris sin embargo Messi declaro que eso no era así. Lo que se ve no se pregunta.
El Barcelona ya salió campeón y de a poco ha ido levantando y subsanando su situación. El club es grande. Fichajes llegaran. Sin embargo, la espina va a quedar y será un dolor difícil de curar. A Messi le han ofrecido un sueldo bastante digno para los años de contrato y los años que tiene, una serie de beneficios que van desde acciones en el club hasta inversiones en el ramo inmobiliario, aparte de los derechos comerciales por la imagen principal de la Copa America que se jugara en 2024, y hasta posiblemente el mundial. Las calles de Miami y su enorme porcentaje de latinos a Messi, le podrán acobijar, la piel de los Messi se bronceara producto del buen sol, habrá un idioma que, a priori, no es tan difícil como el Frances, existirán siempre comodidades, pero, el corazon, la felicidad... eso, eso esta en el suelo catalán de Castelldefels.

Como aficionado del FC Barcelona creo que deportivamente fue lo mejor que sucedió, aunque es verdad que como buen culé quería verlo vestir la camiseta blaugrana nuevamente.
Hay que tener en cuenta muchos factores, pero el deportivo es el que mas debe influir. Messi tiene 36 tacos, sin embargo su calidad no esta en duda, desde hace 2 temporadas el Barca no tiene un 10 digno, capaz de pedir la pelota cuando nadie se anima, y eso Messi lo dará hasta el final de su carrera. Por tanto, creería la llegada de Messi era un ganar ganar.
Pero Messi decidió otra cosa. Y toca respetarla.
Cómo todo jugador actual es movido por el dinero, aunque lo entiendo, tiene una familia, debe garantizar su bienestar y con todos los rollos en España seguramente tendría más problemas que tranquilidad.
Teniendo en cuenta lo que hizo en su carrera habría sido bien para el que terminara en el Barcelona, pero al final no pudo ser así, no siempre se tiene lo que se quiere.
Creo en esta ocasión el dinero fue segunda opción; la oferta de Miami es nueve veces menos que la de Arabia. Creo que ni el propio Messi hubiera sabido como administrar ese dinero. Pero pienso pregono por el bienestar de sus hijos en cuanto al entorno y desenvolvimiento, en USA era un poco mas habitual o normal el entorno acostumbrado a las raíces de la familia y lo que hubieran querido, en Arabia los peques salían del cole y un compañerito quizá haya tenido un guepardo montado en el Ferrari.
No siempre se tiene lo que se quiere amigo.

Apartando que Barcelona debía ser el lugar al cual debía ir Messi a terminar su carrera gloriosa, debo decir que es mejor que se haya ido a la MLS que una liga de los países árabes, creo que Ronaldo y Benzema de desnaturalizan yéndose a esos equipos en los cuales no hay ningún tipo de tradición ni competitividad; sin duda la MLS es una mejor opción para terminar la carrera de un futbolista; pero bueno, esas negociaciones van mucho mas allá de que nosotros podamos pensar.
