The account is nothing more but mass plagiarism fraud.

I suspect that the female photos used in this account may be stolen too, and it is a case of identity theft.

Please don't stop doing due diligence on the accounts just because they have avatar photos of females.

Have you verified the account via Twitter or Instagram?
