Los que tenemos unos cuantos años viendo fútbol sabemos que hay ciertos equipos que tienen un ADN específico que sale a relucir en circunstancias muy determinantes y características dentro de un partido por lo que creo que de las "firmas genética" más resaltantes es sin duda la que lleva el Real Madrid impregnada en su escudo. De esto se ha hablado en un sinfín de ocasiones pero es que siempre los blancos o en este caso los anaranjados vuelven a darnos motivos para seguir comentando el como un equipo es capaz de remontar, de darle vuelta a un marcador SIEMPRE en las instancias finales de un encuentro.

Los primeros 45 minutos fueron unos en donde el City trató de controlar los tiempos, posesión y hasta ocasiones de gol, se veía mucho más asentado al equipo de Guardiola. Esto se materializó en un gran gol de Haaland en combinación con Grealish y Gvardiol dejando al descubierto al joven Asencio quien le tocó ser de central ante la cantidad absurda de bajas de los merengues en la línea defensiva. Un 1-0 que representaba un ligero dominio inglés y un espeso juego blanco que en ese primer tiempo no encontró mucho que digamos. Todo cambió en el complemento, los papeles se invirtieron y fue el Madrid el que tomó el control del balón. Genuinamente creo que es algo en el ego, en el orgullo que hace que se tengan que remontar los partidos como estos y es que lo hicieron no una sino dos veces.

Creo que esto fue una combinación del momento complicado de los ciudadanos con el aura del Real Madrid.

El partido de vuelta es el miércoles que viene, como ya dije en el Bernabéu. Las posibilidades del Manchester City para mi son muy bajas aunque no imposibles, hay que tener en cuenta que la plantilla sigue siendo monstruosa con jugadores de una calidad máxima que en el momento en el que se vuelvan a enchufar siento que volverá a ser el equipo temible de hace poco más de un año. Por otro lado y por muy irregular que haya sido el comienzo de temporada del Real Madrid la posición en la que están con respecto a su rival es bastante más arriba. No los veo perdiendo en casa y menos en una instancia como esta en donde se pudiera marcar parte del futuro del resto de la temporada. Con lesiones y no jugando como acostumbran el Madrid siempre es un equipo de Champions, es la competición que mejor se les da.
