🕑 Movimiento de cuello y cabeza / Head and neck movement 🕑
We must do this exercise very carefully since if we rush too much we could suffer an injury, the first thing we must do is stand firm and have our stretched out, then we proceed to lower our head until the chin hits the chest then we take it back and then from one side to the other, all this little and slow, counting to 10 each movement we make.
🕑Calentamiento de hombros /shoulder warming🕑
To perform this exercise we again stand firm with our arms and shoulders totally relaxed, then what we will do is give circular movements to the shoulders forward then backwards, we will count 8 forward movement and then the same amount backwards.
🕑Calentamiento del torso / Warming up the torso🕑
It is an easy warm-up to do but it helps us a lot since all our movements depend on it, to do it we stand firm and spread our legs to the width of our shoulders, we raise our hands and elbows to chest height and proceed to move our torso from one side to the other without moving our feet, for each movement we make we count to 10 and then turn to the other side.
🕑Estiramiento de cuadriceps / Quadriceps stretch🕑
It is a stretching exercise that requires a bit of balance since we will lean on one leg while we work the other, to do it we stand up straight and open the compass a little, then we bring one of our heels back until we reach the gluteus with the help with our hand we will hold our foot once this is done we count to 20 and we do the same with the other leg, when we do it we will see how our quadriceps fully stretch and begin to warm up.
🕑 Estiramiento de brazos / Arms stretch🕑
Last but not least we are going to stretch and warm up our arms, to do it once we have stood firm we raise our arms up completely and interlock our hands, we stay in this position counting to 20 and making force upwards so that all the muscles Warm up and activate, this warm-up also helps work your back and shoulders is a very effective warm-up.
With this I have finished my exercise routine of warm-up exercises at home to be able to execute our exercises more effectively. remembering that we must constantly be doing some physical activity to avoid sedentary lifestyle and thus help our body to better evolve while always enjoying good health.
