🕑 Plancha /iron🕑
We will start our abdominal routine with this exercise that is quite effective when it comes to working the abdominal area, for this we will place ourselves face down on the floor or a mat leaning on the forearms and the tip of the feet, already in position what we will do it will be to raise the middle part of our body a little so that our abdomen works and we count up to 20 then we go down to rest and continue, let's do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑Elevación de piernas con tijera / Scissor leg raise🕑
We continue with this exercise that is a little stronger than the previous one, for this we lie down on our back with our whole body stretched out, arms next to our body, ready we raise our head a little and begin to raise our legs one by one in scissor shape if hitting the heel of the floor to have better results, we count up to 20 for each leg, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑 Toque al talón /touch to the heel🕑
Another exercise to strengthen our abdomen is this touching our heels, for this we do not lie on our back with our knees bent and resting on the soles of our feet, our arms should be extended along our body, we raise the upper part of ours and we take it from one side to the other touching our heels, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions.
🕑 Flexión de rodillas/ knee flexion🕑
We will finish our routine today with this quite effective exercise, we will lie on our back and bring our hands to the back of our head and raise our torso a little, while the knees will be bent at the level of the abdomen, we count to 20 while doing pressure in the abdominal area then we rest to repeat, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
