I hope you are well, I come to you to bring you a series of exercises to strengthen the motor skills of the fingers, while it is known that some people complain of pain in the hands and fingers, when writing, grasping things, squeezing the hand, or simply move them, this may be the result of conditions such as arthritis, numbness, nerve problems or blood flow.
In case of pain in the fingers you can perform cold and heat therapy, and also some effective exercises to relax and strengthen them, it is important to know that in our hands have 28 bones, 29 joints, nerves, ligaments and tendons that help us perform daily tasks, for this reason it is important to learn to relieve pain in the hands and therefore the fingers and thus achieve greater mobility and relief in them, for which you can:
_Realiza terapia de frió y calor.
_Usa medicamentos como geles,cremas analgésicas y terapias alternativas.
_Reposo de las manos,no se deben exceder en la realización de los ejercicios.
_Recuerden que el tratamiento y terapia dependerá de la causa y síntomas,por lo tanto es recomendable acudir al medico ante rigidez,hinchazón,perdida de movimiento o alguna lesión.
Exercise your hands to increase their strength.
Perform hot and cold therapy.
Use medications such as gels, analgesic creams and alternative therapies.
Rest your hands, do not overdo the exercises.
Remember that the treatment and therapy will depend on the cause and symptoms, therefore it is advisable to see a doctor in case of stiffness, swelling, loss of movement
or injury.

THUMB EXTENSION AND FLEXION, with the palm of the hand open, a movement is performed by bending the thumb towards the index finger, making several repetitions.
FINGER SEPARATION, place the hand with the palm facing you and separate the fingers as far as possible, then close the hand into a fist and hold in that position for a few seconds, then repeat the exercise with the other hand several times.
FINGER TOUCH, place your hand in front of you with the palm facing you and fingers straight, then bring each finger to the thumb, as if you were making signs.
FLEXION OF KNUCKLES, keep the hand in front with the palm facing you and fingers stretched and together, then flex only the fingertips, towards the top of the palm for 30 seconds.
FLAT EACH HAND AGAINST A FLAT SURFACE, place the palm of your hand on a flat surface, and hold that position for about 30 seconds, you can do 4 repetitions.
FINGER LIFT, place your hand on a wool surface, palm down, then lift one finger at a time, continue lifting the 4 fingers and thumb, and lower them, you can perform 4 repetitions with each hand.

La fisioterapia, una rama de la medicina muy particular, algo que ayuda aliviar los dolores, fortalecer los músculos, sistema osteomuscular. En esta era digital, muchos sufren del tunel carpiano y también un poco mas adelante "padeceremos" (me incluyo) del pulgar. Usamos mucho los pulgares para todo, es cuestión de estudiar y escudriñar un poco más en el tema; sin desviarme un poco mas. Tu post es bueno, hacer ese tipo de ejercicio ayuda mucho, un abrazo compañera !
