It is a pleasure to be with you again, sports lovers, to bring you an exercise routine that you can do at home and are aimed at the cardiovascular muscles, abdomen and buttocks, a very important triad to maintain good physical health; doing exercises frequently is very healthy because it improves and strengthens our immune system, mainly the cardiovascular system, reducing diseases and blood pressure, stress and improving muscle strength, generating in the person a sense of wellbeing.

*It is as if you were running but slower and is performed in the same place, thus keeping the body active (30 seconds).
*SHADOW BOXING; you take the position as if you were going to box someone and punch the air, this exercise improves your boxing skills (30 seconds).
*BICYCLE ABS; lie on your back, hands on the back of your neck, stretch your legs, then do the bicycle pedaling movement, while rotating the trunk on the opposite side towards the leg that is contracted (20 repetitions).
*Reverse crunch; lie on your back with your back straight, arms stretched out to the sides of your body, palms flat on the floor, bend your legs and lift them towards your pecs, raise your hips slightly (20 repetitions).
*LATERAL LATERAL LIFTINGS: lie down sideways on the floor, with your legs stretched out and your abdomen contracted, lift one leg up to an angle of 45 degrees, hold it up for a few seconds and lower it, then repeat with the other leg (15 repetitions on each leg).
*SITTING WITH JUMP, standing, bend your knees and lower yourself as low as possible, then jump vertically and land on your toes to reduce the impact against the ground (15 repetitions).
