Se aproxima una nueva doble fecha de las eliminatorias sudamericanas al mundial Qatar 2022, luego de suspendidas las jornadas cinco y seis en el mes de marzo, debido a que varios clubes europeos se negaron a prestar jugadores por la situación pandemia, se reanudaran las eliminatorias con la jornadas siete y ocho a partir del jueves tres y martes ocho de junio respectivamente, todavía no han concretado la fecha para cumplir con las jornadas suspendidas, pero se estima sea este año, quizás para los meses de septiembre-octubre, por esta razón se jugaran primero las jornadas siete y ocho que las cinco y seis algo muy poco visto, pero con esta pandemia todo es posible.
