Hola amigos fulldeportistas hoy es domingo soleado y que mejor que aprovecharlo realizando un deporte al aire libre! nuevamente me paso por aqui para dejarles un post con un deporte acuatico muy exigente y me refiero al Kayak! no es mi primer post sobre este deporte y poco a poco estoy apasionandome de el hasta tal punto que estamos recibiendo aulas abiertas para perfeccionar nuestra tecnica! con el dia de hoy es mi cuarta experiencia en un bote y siempre aprendo algo nuevo! espero disfrutes mi aula!👨💻🙇♂️🙇♀️🏊♀️🚣♂️

Primero que nada me gustaria agradecer a la camara de Seixal por brindar estas actividades a los residentes de la zona, es un gran beneficio que gozamos los moradores y que permite mantener muy activa a la poblacion de todas las edades! me gustaria aclarar primero que una aula abierta es aquella enseñanza que se realiza de forma gratuita a un publico en general normalmente son subsidiadas por el estado, en nuestro caso seria la camara municipal! todos los meses esta empresa realiza dos aulas gratuitas para aprender y practicar el deporte!👨💻🚣♂️🤔

Hoy sucedieron muchas cosas interesantes en la actividad, primeramente anduvimos en un Kayak con tres lugares, era mi primera experiencia en "esa posicion" y estaba un poco nervioso porque tenia aquella sensacion de que no sabia si soportaria todo nuestro peso, pero no fue asi nuestro bote es de muy alta calidad y no tuvimos problemas para desplazarnos, en realidad no sabia que existian Kayak para tres tripulantes, la otra experiencia fue haber realizado maniobras en sentido opuesto de la marea, y tambien era algo nuevo porque ejercitamos mucho los brazos para que nuestro bote no fuera arrastrado hacia la orilla!🙋♀️🙋♂️🤔

Hoy invitamos a nuestra amiga Venezolana Maria quien tendria su primera experiencia en Kayak y ella si estaba bastante nerviosa pero haber utilizado un bote para los tres fue algo que lleno de confianza a todos y de verdad fue una experiencia muy diferente porque a parte de ejercitarnos podemos socializar, reir, entre otras cosas que traen salud y paz a nuestras vidas! como la marea estaba muy fuerte no teniamos mucha libertad para relajarnos y disfrutar del paisaje, si dejabamos de remar unos segundos el Kayak era empujado por el rio hacia la orilla! pero corrio todo bien!😎😎🤯🧠

Basicamente el aula de hoy era una pequeña introduccion sobre lo importante que es estar sincronizados al momento de practicar Kayak, quien lleva el "timon" es el que esta en la parte de atras, el del frente es un apoyo, en kayak con tres espacios la persona del medio puede ser aquella sin experiencia en este caso fue "Maria", mi esposa se sento al frente y yo atras! yo tengo que remar a la misma sintonia que mi esposa o de lo contrario el Kayak no realiza maniobras efectivas! pero para ello como yo soy el "timon" debo comunicarme con ella siempre verbalmente para dar ordenes cuando realizamos cruces!🧠🚣♂️👨💻

Wuo!!! fue una experiencia bastante exigente en cuanto a nivel fisico, mitad del trayecto estuvimos desplazandonos en contra de la marea y como puedes ver en el video tuvimos que remar con fuerza y muy rapido a nuestra derecha porque el bote estaba siendo empujado a la izquierda! creo que hasta ahora ha sido el aula mas dificil! nuestra proxima clase sera el dia 14 de hoy a dos semanas! nuestro instructor nos comentaba que era un aula de competencia entre equipos! por tanto alli sabre cuan coordinado estoy con mi esposa!😮👨🏫🏄♀️🦿🦾

Si vistes el video hasta el final apesar de remar en contra de la marea puedes ver que tuvimos un aterrizaje perfecto! como dicen por alli la practica hace al maestro, ya me siento mas confiado en utilizar el kayak con mi esposa, anteriormente teniamos muchos problemas porque yo hacia mucha fuerza en los brazos y sentia que ella no seguia mi ritmo lo que tenia como consecuencia desplazamientos muy erraticos pero ya hacemos muy buen equipo! espero hayas disfrutado nuestra corta e interesante experiencia y no te pierdas nuestra proxima aula!🦾🧠🥇
