BACK TRAINING
Hola todos, estoy nuevamente de vuelta por aquí para compartirles una rutina de calistenia dónde daremos enfoque a la espalda, estuve realizando esta rutina para ustedes si no tienen una buena guía para mejorar e incorporar nuevos métodos de entrenamientos. De mi parte estaré con todo el orgullo de ayudarlos con cualquier duda que tengan.
Hi everyone, I'm back again to share with you a calisthenics routine where we will focus on the back, I've been doing this routine for you if you don't have a good guide to improve and incorporate new training methods. I will be proud to help you with any questions you may have.
Estaremos realizando 8 ejercicios distintos, cada uno conlleva su descanso de mínimo 2 min para realizar y pasar a la siguiente serie. Lo distribuimos de 2 en 2 hasta completar los 8 por completo... A continuación les dejaré la forma que se ejecutará:
We will be doing 8 different exercises, each one with a minimum rest of 2 minutes to perform and move on to the next series. We will distribute them 2 by 2 until we complete all 8... Below I will leave you the form that will be executed:
