Este día fue muy importante porque llevamos el mensaje de bienestar a una nueva localidad, muy contentos porque estos inicios fueron de personas muy prometedoras con muy buena actitud con todas las ganas de tener resultados, este entrenamiento es dirigido por una compañera de esa localidad y supervisado por mi colega ordosjc, yadira, gabyjc, otros coaches y yo, que apoyaremos unas semanas a este maravilloso grupo.

Es un reto que iremos consiguiendo poco a poco, los comienzos son un poco difíciles pero con disciplina y constancia lo conseguiremos. Este día, comenzamos con un trote alrededor de la pista, enseñamos paso a paso a cada integrante las rutinas de entrenamiento funcional, escalada, flexiones de fuerza, circuito de glúteos y mas.

Te cuento que los entrenamientos son los mismos al ritmo de cada integrante, vienen personas que quieren bajar de peso, otras que quieren subir de peso, otras que quieren aumentar piernas y glúteos. También vienen personas para mantener, aumentar la resistencia y más, y aquí todos son bienvenidos, nos dicen qué resultados quieren y cada entrenador les ayuda a conseguirlo. Y todo es completamente gratuito, desde las evaluaciones semanales, los entrenamientos, los seguimientos y los seminarios web sobre nutrición para abordar la parte que importa.
