Hello sports lovers, I hope you are very well, I am sure that everyone at some point either in their childhood or by doing some different and fun exercise has tried to stop their hands, because today I bring you an easy and fast tutorial for you to learn to perform this movement in the correct way and you can teach anyone to do it too.
Before making any progression, the body must be warmed up well to articulate and thus avoid injuries, a basic upper body routine will be enough to warm you up and launch yourself to learn something new.

nivel 1 / level 1
This movement will be divided into two levels. For the first level, use any wall of your house where you can lean and make sure there are no objects around, find something soft to support your head, once you do, spread your hands to the sides and place one support foot in front and the other behind. this will be the first to go up.
Now raise one leg until it touches the wall in this way you will be aware of the distance from the ground to the wall and when you feel confident raise both and try to stay firm, to descend at all times always return one leg first to the starting position and so you don't hurt your knees.
Nivel 2/ Level 2
This level requires a little more strength and practice, although with a couple of attempts you will surely achieve it, proceed with the same steps above, only this time you will have your arms fully extended, always keep your elbows firm, do not bend them, go up the same form with one leg first and then do it with the other and voila, you'll be on top in the blink of an eye.
The idea of exercising has to be to enjoy what you do and make it fun and different, always stay healthy and energetic, try it and when you achieve it you will feel that you are a child again, greetings and happy start to the week.
