Hola comunidad Hive espero que se encuentren bien! hoy voy a seguir con mi rutina de entrenamiento desde mi casa, en mi plan de entrenamiento me toco realizar ejercicios de hombros con unas mancuernas si no tienen pueden utilizar 2 pimpina de refresco y llenarlas de arena.

Realice en total 3 increíbles ejercicios muy buenos para fortalecer los hombros de cada ejercicios realice 4 series de 15 repeticiones.

El primer ejercicios que realice se llama elevaciones laterales de brazos con mancuernas
The first exercise I performed is called dumbbell lateral raises .
El segundo ejercicios que realice se llama elevación frontal con mancuernas.
The second exercise I performed is called front raise with dumbbells.
El tercer ejercicios que realice se llama press de hombros con mancuernas
The third exercise I performed is called the dumbbell shoulder press
Al finalizar los ejercicios continuo haciendo abdominales ya que quiero fortalecerlos un poquito más. 2 ejercicios 50 de cada ejercicio.
