Iniciamos trotando toda esa avenida, corrimos alrededor de 20 minutos, de regreso estaban varias máquinas para ejercitarse con el propio peso del cuerpo, aquí nos separamos y el se fue por la máquina donde se hacen barras y yo por esa máquina donde hacemos cardio.
