Keto, I flipped out when that trend appeared. Even tho I had no troubles consuming everything, honestly got sick watching all those fatty recipes, mostly was used by gym people.

Cooking and meal prep is a challenge especially in big cities, lack of fresh veggies, lack of time and the most important lack of creativity, but still someone managed to figure out "healthy plastic packed meals" - those are selling good.

I could try out that dry fruit cake, looks delicious....

Oh I'll dig up the recipe for you!!!

Keto... 🤢🤢🤢🤢 Honestly makes me ill. Why???? 🤢🤢🤢

I imagine the french would take well to it though - all that butter and meat ?

Plastic wrapped healthy meals... Crazy huh? What a world we live in. Buuuuut you know, I was at the supermarket yesterday and saw loose cherry tomatoes you could scoop into a paper bag....felt like a little progress? I guess it's hard for busy city folk. But if the culture changed, everything else would follow...

That would be great! Looks like a great fasting treat.

I'm not saying there is no veggie offer at supermarkets, but most often quality is desperate especially during winter times.

Progress is mostly location based, we can't figure up recycling system yet.
