Las clases en HIVEED están muy dinámicas. A diferencia del año pasado que yo hablaba el 70% de la clase, aquí los estudiantes ocupan ese espacio con sus intervenciones. Para esta ocasión crearon mini teatro para representar sus temperamentos.

Los temperamentos son una parte importante de nuestra personalidad, por lo tanto de nuestra marca personal. Aprendí sobre ellos a los 40 años y pensé en ese momento que me hubiese gustado conocerlos antes. Si entendemos bien los temperamentos, podemos comunicarnos de forma más efectiva, e incluso vender mejor. También tendremos mejores amistades.

Ellos están en una etapa perfecta para desarrollar su personalidad de forma consciente. En HIVEED se les da herramientas para eso y por supuesto que las desarrollen creando contenido en Hive; hablando de si mismos.

Ya tenemos varias presentaciones. Presiento que este grupo será más fluido que el año pasado, aunque hay una sección un poco conflictiva, pero en general los veo entusiasmados y participando bastante.

He tenido que corregir muchas presentaciones y asesorarlos paso a paso para publicar la presentación desde Inleo. La verdad que es un trabajo fuerte, pero me llena de satisfacción verlos recibir votos y recompensas y ver lo que sienten.

Pronto estarán compartiendo lo que hicieron con sus primeras recompensas. Espero ansioso conocer esas emociones que produce Hive en los chamos.

Mañana tendremos otra clase y más aventuras en HIVEED...

The classes at HIVEED are very dynamic. Unlike last year when I spoke 70% of the class, here the students occupy that space with their interventions. For this occasion they created mini-theaters to represent their temperaments.

Temperaments are an important part of our personality, therefore of our personal brand. I learned about them when I was 40 years old and I thought at the time that I would have liked to know them earlier. If we understand temperaments well, we can communicate more effectively, and even sell better. We will also have better friendships.

They are at a perfect stage to develop their personality in a conscious way. In HIVEED we give them tools for that and of course they develop them by creating content in Hive; talking about themselves.

We already have several presentations. I have a feeling that this group will be more fluid than last year, although there is one section that is a bit conflictive, but in general I see them enthusiastic and participating a lot.

I have had to correct many presentations and advise them step by step to publish the presentation from Inleo. The truth is that it is hard work, but it fills me with satisfaction to see them receive votes and rewards and to see how they feel.

Soon they will be sharing what they did with their first rewards. I look forward to getting to know those emotions that Hive produces in the kids.
