RE: HIVE HIGHLIGHT: I'M LOVING HIVE!

in Loving HIVE ❤3 years ago

I am working towards that. Jobs here pay shit less than Hive is paying. Not up to $20 per month.

Wow. You're an inspiration. I bet I'll do great in coming months or years. Hive is everything I love in one place. Lol.

Soon, I'll move I and mom to a better apartment. It's just a matter of time and consistent effort. Hahaha

I understand. You shouldn’t work a terrible job if you have other options!

Actually though…I think this situation will make Africa, South America and South Asia much easier places to live in the next few years. The living cost is still much lower than Europe, North America or East Asia and a lot of the jobs here will move there, so you may find a lot of opportunities, especially online. One of my friends who left the community found a pretty nice career as a website developer online. I think he trained himself. He lives in Nigeria but earns an international wage. I don’t know how he finds the work but he does.

I also imagine that with 5 years there will be an explosion of interest in African art, music and writing. It’s started already with a lot of pop singers, GQOM and visual art, but it’s taking some time to spread as much as I think it will.

Do whatever feels right for you though, stay energized and inspired, that’s most important. You rock.

Yes. It's already happening. My relatives are all in America they keep complaining of living cost. Also, I have a Friend in England who wants to move to Nigeria after he's done with school to start a business. Basically, I don't see myself leaving Nigeria unless for vacations. While Africa is a source of interest, Nigeria is a whale that attracts investors(recently the insecurity has declined this attribute).

If you ever come to Nigeria, Apart from Lagos and Port Harcourt (also Abuja) which is some kind of mainland for foreigners, Jos is also good too. It has a lot of nature and a total beauty. Just saying... Hehehe and it's very cold there.

Id like yo go wherever I’m invited! My main travel plan in Nigeria is to connect with Hive Naija and have fun.

I’m glad you can see it already. I am a little too attached to Asia after 14 years here but I’d like to have some kind of base in Africa and Europe to visit often once I clear some things up and get my business up and running well

Please come to Kaduna when you arrive...or Abuja... I'd like to know the pineapple guy
