Happy To Share Hive With A Group of Teachers And College Students: Participated OCD Onboarding Program Orientation

Hello, Hivers!

I was elated when I learned that our co-teacher blogger @naymhapz had invited several Elementary Teachers who were enticed to join the hive. With her convincing power, she was able to gather almost half of the population of teachers in school, college students and teachers teaching from another school who were willing to listen were also invited. @callmesmile initiated the plan and was supported by us. We the teacher bloggers @dehai, @callmesmile, @naymhapz, @missleray, @amoreyl, @mommyjane, @ciadanmea, @simplychalyns, @missjoycee, @selflessgem, @netswriting and your truly had contributed to realize this plan.

Ma'am Smile invited @indayclara, @ybanezkim26, and @intoy.bugoy for the orientation. We were so delighted as they approved the proposal. Despite their hectic schedules, they were able to insert this orientation.

It was a gloomy day when the most anticipated day has come. The agreed time was 9 am, I and Ma'am Nenet had arrived earlier that day since she wanted to seek assistance in withdrawing money from her account. We walked straight to the office where teachers are waiting for us.

While waiting for the main characters, I and Ma'am Haide got a chance to roam around the school. They have colorful and beautiful murals on their cemented fence. We were enjoying every corner we visited. They have used recycled materials in making new and radiant decorations on their ground.

The school has a spacious and wide ground enough to cater to the population of pupils in school. They also have a 3D-like name for the school. It is made of plastic bottles and painted artistically.

It's past 9 am and so Ma'am Smile shared her experiences in the hive. She was able to show those trending blogs in the previous weeks or months. She had referred more than 10 persons and was successfully establishing their names.

The next who shared was Ma'am Marfe, her words of wisdom made everyone excited and already had an idea about the hive. She has shared her travels with her travel buddy who was also there participating. Her way of relieving stress and problem at home turns out to be her strength.

In the middle of her talking, she acknowledged the arrival of the three speakers. They arrived safely however, it was raining cats and dogs. Glad that Ma'am Smile is at the rescue bringing an umbrella for them.

As soon as they came in, they urgently prepared everything for the orientation. It was @indayclara who spoke first and she introduced herself to the group. Sir Kim spoke next, he was able to introduce the hive and how it worked. He expounded everything as Hive is incomparable to other social media platforms.

Sir Intoy Bugoy also took his moment in speaking. He talked about the features of the hive and other codings. He tried to share an example which was Sir Kim's draft. The snacks were served, and bread and coconut juice satisfies our taste buds.

Meanwhile, I purposely sit near the door so I can assure the ordered food would arrive at the agreed time. It was Ma'am Lerre who contacted the service first but she's in the church so I took charge. We had ordered bilao (food package) from Tabogon and monitored the grilled bangus and pork that was beforehand worked by Ma'am Marfe.

After filling the minds of the attendees and ended the orientation with a smile on their faces. Then, we had a photo opportunity with our mentors.

We immediately get the food, the cake and other. It's past twelve and everybody is starving already. Inday Clara was surprised as we joyously greeted her with a delectable cake. She made wishes that will soon come true (crossed fingers 🤞). It was our way of thank you for always supporting, loving, and being an excellent onboard to us.

We had a sumptuous lunch and chitchatting with them. Sir Kim called us about the onboarding process. First, have to be identified in the OCD Discord. However, only Ma'am Haide and Ma'am Danica were identified. I and Ma'am Marfe remained unidentified. It was this Wednesday, Lembot replied to us.

We had so much learning this day. Even though we're almost a year but still grateful for the knowledge today.
