Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. Every day when I see how amazing this platform can be, I try to picture how much I would have regretted not joining because I almost did not. When I first heard about Hive, I was eager to join, but then I heard I needed to either be a writer or a content creator to fit in perfectly, of which I am neither, and I lost the zeal, but my onboarder encouraged me to just go ahead and give it a try, and to this day I have not once had a reason to regret joining this amazing platform. Instead, every day comes with a reason to be grateful I actually joined the platform.
I strongly doubt if joining the Hive platform has any negative effect on an individual; aside from the fact that it can be addictive, the Hive platform has taken the place of web2 social media platforms in our lives. Before Hive, we wasted a lot of time on these web2 platforms and got nothing for doing so, but Hive changed the narrative. Once you are on Hive, every minute counts, and no time is a waste as you get to learn new things about life, nature, culture, and the platform itself every now and then.
Hive is actually a lot of packages in one, a web3 social media platform where you can express yourself freely as well as enjoy decentralization to the fullest. The Hive platform offers users a lot of opportunities, the opportunities no other platform offers. The opportunity to do the things you love the most and earn for doing so, the opportunity to save, the opportunity to invest, and, most of all, an opportunity to network, meet like minds, and make new friends. Thanks to the city of Neoxian, through there I have been able to meet really great and interesting people, and through the city of Neoxian, I was able to meet fellow hivers nearby.
On the 12th of January 2025, we scheduled a hive meetup with hivers near me. At first, it was like something impossible to achieve, but it did happen, and I got to meet these amazing people, the individuals behind those keyboards doing magic, and it was a blast. Hive does bring people close; I was opportune to meet @mayor-001, @cindynancy, @kc6729, and the organizer @nwothini335. It was my first time meeting them all, but the vibe was like we had known each other since Adam, and that is all thanks to Hive. We were able to bond and not act like strangers; it was a memorable experience, and Hive made it possible.
During the hangout we introduced ourselves and further went ahead to share our hive stories so far, then encouragement followed, and ideas on how to grow in the little way you can were also shared. One thing I learned from the hangout is that you can never know it all on Hive; when you feel you know enough, you meet people, and they make you realize that you know very little and there is more to give than you even feel you know.
It was really nice meeting you all i wish we can do this over and over again.

I wish I knew hive long before i joined. When i think of the hours i spent scrolling through endless chats and videos in web2, i can't help it but be grateful that i found hive. Yeah, hive can be really addictive, i guess its a good addiction.
Meeting you people was one of the most amazing thing that happened this month. Your vibes was not of this world, and up till now, i can't help it but think of how 5 strangers were vibing as if they have know each other for decades. hehe. Its nice, and hopefully, we will get to do it sometime again.

Hive took the place of web2 in my life, I hardly visit web2 platforms as I spend most of time here. I also wish I knew a out hive and crypto a lot earlier.
