So it's presently the 10th day of the year and it's 10 days of consistent blogging on Hive Blog for me...
It might not mean much to anyone but it means something to me...
For a while, I struggled with being consistent blogging on Hive. Most times I blog for 2 weeks and then go again for about 2 months.
It's being a merry-go-round journey for me....
So on December 26th I wrote a post titled MY BADASS GUIDE TO BLOGGING MORE CONSISTENTLY ON HIVE... (Applies to me too)* It was sort of my personal guide to becoming a better writer on Hive. It was a guide to becoming more consistent.
In the post, I shared how writers like @taskmaster4450, @theycallmedan and @ryzeonline have been able to build audiences through their consistency. It's simply because these guys have been able to build a structure around how they post and engage the Hive community as a whole.
In the post I mentioned my plan to start a 30 day consistent blogging challenge, starting in the new year.
AND YEAH... I started and I must say its been an exciting journey blogging for 10 days straight. All this done in between very busy schedules...
And it's made me become more attached to the Hive Blog.
30 days might seem like a whole lot but when you put your heart to something and are really determined, the work becomes so much easier...
HERE ARE MY POST FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS
JAN 01:
AN OVERVIEW OF THE YEAR 2021 FOR ME
First I want to appreciate God for the wonderful year 2021. It's been an awesome year for me. Although so many things happened, bad and good it still was a year to look back to.
The year started with news for resumption to school. School activities all over the country had been grounded for almost a year since February 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was a breath of fresh air for so many students because everyone was tired of the wasted time. Few had moved on already though, engaging in some form of business to sustain themselves. Others, well were just trying to be fine...
JAN 02:
30 DAYS BLOGGING CHALLENGE
In one of my posts here last year, I wrote on my technique to become a better and successful blogger here on Hive.
I mentioned how most of us here get motivated at some point to blog every day but lose this motivation and then we wear out after the initial gra gra.
Then I listed how I plan to overcome this wearing out and also improve the overall writing and posting consistency. So to challenge me and a few others like me who lose motivation for days and come back blogging when cobwebs are in their blogs, I am giving myself and any other person who cares to join, a 30-day blogging challenge...
JAN 03:
Why are so many TECH CEOs from India
This must certainly have crossed your mind at some point...
Yeah, most definitely. Especially if you are a tech enthusiast.
You know Google, Adobe, Microsoft, and IBM are all run by individuals who experienced their childhood in India.
The most recent to join these groups is Twitter's President Parag Agrawal who took over from Jack Dorsey last year December...
JAN 04:
MY HIVE GOALS FOR 2022
If you check my profile you'll see that my profile description says "Goal for 2021- Have at least 1000HP in my wallet before the end of the year"😅😢
Well if you go ahead to check my wallet, you'll see that I have just about 120HP.
Now that's really entirely my fault. From being too inconsistent to taking too many long breaks, I allowed my blog to grow too many cobwebs at too many times.
I would say it was as a result of my non-ommitment to Hive and my attitude of inconsistency to matters that are important...

DAILY NUGGET
Many of us are living life on societal validations of what will people will say.
Many of us are living in fear too. What if they hear? What will they be saying.
Many of us are affecting our present by reflecting on the past, yet we don't want to continue. There's this exact phobia that keeps us aback whenever we think of trying something new, give a trial or move on from the mistakes of the past...

QOTW Season 9.1 . What Does Spirituality Mean To Me?
Spirituality to me means knowing that our lives are important in a context that goes beyond the everyday existence of the biological needs that drive selfishness and aggression. It means knowing that we are an integral part of a meaningful life in our universe.
Success is an inescapable word these days. Perhaps many of us are pursuing it with such a ruthless dedication. We feel obliged because the internet says it should. Some are crazy about it, others are blogging about it. Sadly, many just sit in the hope of finding it.
But have we ever wondered what the word means to us? That is, our own definition, not the definition of Webster or Google.
JAN 09:
NIGERIA, THE LAND OF MY DREAMS.
The land of my ancestors, Nigeria. The country where I was born. Nigeria is a beautiful country blessed with abundant human and natural resources. With a population of over 200 million, there are many opportunities for international trade in particular.
This post makes it the 10th post in a row for me.
Cheers to Consistency...

Aww, sorry to hear that. I've written about the 'dark side' of Hive before, and I've felt the sting of it myself, so I'm sending positive wishes your situation improves. 🙏
