I'd like to make the next game post and it's been 24 hrs so I am going to roll for Player 13!

Player 13
3 so 2 west, 1 north, +1 north from the water. Landed on the PAL Square so +1 PAL will be added to Player 13's bag! Player 13's card was fish!
