Enrollments are processed automatically every 2.4 hours. You cannot get a response on the status call until after you are enrolled.
Posting the same comment in multiple places, and then upvoting it yourself, is a good way to get yourself noticed by people that will make your Hive experience very unpleasant.
As a general rule, you should never upvote your own comments.
